This pivotal role combines strong leadership, administrative expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of medical office management to ensure smooth clinic functioning, exceptional patient care, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will excel in managing teams, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high standards of service excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise staff, including Front Office, and medical administrative support personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment Assist with management activities such as budgeting, financial reporting, billing processes, and managing practice expenses to ensure financial health Manage all aspects of Provider credentialing, including personnel file management. Oversee electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), documentation accuracy, and compliance with HIPAA regulations Assist with human resources functions including staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution within the clinic setting Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing patient inquiries promptly and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint Experience Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare practice management within a specialty clinic environment Extensive knowledge of EMR/EHR systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation purposes Demonstrated supervisory experience managing healthcare teams in fast-paced settings like hospitals or clinics. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance, accreditation standards, and managed care policies Background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, medical billing, and revenue cycle management Hands-on experience with office management tasks such as scheduling workflows, patient records handling, and staff supervision Excellent managerial communication skills paired with customer service expertise to foster team engagement and patient satisfaction Join our team as a Medical Office Manager where your leadership will directly influence the quality of patient care while ensuring operational excellence.
