Inventory Manager Woodstock Veterinary Hospital Woodstock, GA Join Our Team! Woodstock Veterinary Hospital is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee all aspects of inventory management for our busy, growing veterinary hospital. If you enjoy organization, problem-solving, working with numbers, and ensuring everything is exactly where it should be, this position is for you. You'll play a critical role in supporting our doctors and medical team by making sure they have the medications, supplies, and equipment needed to provide exceptional patient care every day. What You'll Do As our Inventory Manager, you'll be responsible for: Managing hospital inventory levels and purchasing Ordering medications, medical supplies, and prescription diets Maintaining controlled substance compliance and documentation Managing our Cubex inventory system Monitoring inventory budgets and vendor pricing Receiving and verifying deliveries Reconciling inventory counts and identifying discrepancies Managing product returns and credits Maintaining Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Working closely with doctors and staff to anticipate inventory needs Building strong relationships with vendors and distributor representatives Assisting with cost-control initiatives and inventory optimization
