Job Description

Cottonwood Creek Dental is seeking a reliable, organized, and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills who can keep the office running efficiently. Lead our practice and create an exceptional experience for our patients and team. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who understands the day-to-day operations of a dental office, enjoys building relationships, and can keep the practice running smoothly while supporting both our patients and clinical team.
Requirements Responsibilities include:
Managing daily office operations and workflow Leading and supporting front and clinical office team members Overseeing scheduling, patient communication, and customer service Managing insurance coordination, billing processes, and collections Monitoring office performance and helping improve systems Supporting team training, accountability, and a positive workplace culture Ensuring patients receive a welcoming and professional experience
Qualifications:
5 years previous dental office experience required Strong knowledge of dental scheduling, insurance, and practice operations Excellent communication and leadership skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Dentrix or Open Dental Software a plus Proficiency in Microsoft office applications Benefits Vacation, sick pay, and holiday pay Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Retirement savings plan (401K) with employer match for eligible employees
