Duties Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional patient care Supervise healthcare staff including dental assistants, administrative personnel, and hygienists Manage medical records, electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Open Dental, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations Coordinate patient scheduling, insurance claims processing utilizing dental billing software and patient management systems Monitor practice finances through fiscal management and financial reporting to optimize revenue streams Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance policies. Lead human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to foster a motivated team environment. Requirements Proven experience in medical office management within a dental or healthcare setting; biological dental office experience is highly desirable Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a healthcare practice environment Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Open Dental; familiarity with patient management software is essential Knowledge of health regulation policies including HIPAA compliance and OSHA Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently Background in fiscal management including budgeting, medical billing, and financial reporting Effective managerial communication skills coupled with outstanding customer service abilities Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry best practices Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership empowers a dedicated team while elevating patient care in a specialized biological dental environment.
