Soft Landing soft serve is looking for high-energy, service-minded individuals to join our team in our Eagle store. If you enjoy people, care about the details, and have food service experience, this might be the spot for you.
We specialize in soft serve ice cream, sundaes and clean dirty sodas made with thoughtfully sourced ingredients and nothing artificial. Our shops are designed to be welcoming places to gather, connect, and treat yourself and our team plays a huge role in creating that experience for every guest who walks through the door.
Responsibilities include:
Swirling soft serve cones, cups, sundaes, and floats we take pride in making our treats look as good as they tasteWelcoming guests, answering questions, offering samples, and helping customers navigate the menuTaking orders and operating the register with accuracy, warmth, and efficiencyWorking in the kitchen to prep toppings, batch ingredients, and bake our housemade treatsKeeping the shop clean and inviting by wiping tables, straightening chairs, restocking supplies, and maintaining spotless work areasDishwashing and kitchen cleanup to support a smooth and efficient workflowStocking and organizing inventory, including moving supplies and 50-lb crates of soft serve baseJumping in wherever needed to support the team and create a great guest experienceYou re a great fit if you:
Are 18 or olderHave a high school diploma or equivalentHave previous food service experience (required)Have a friendly, outgoing personality and genuinely enjoy talking with peopleAre energetic, detail-oriented, and quick on your feetCare about quality and presentation from a perfectly swirled cone to a gleaming front counterAre a team player who is happy to jump in wherever neededCan lift up to 50 lbs and are comfortable with physical tasks like moving crates of soft serve base and arranging tables and chairs in the store.
