McCall, Idaho Full Time:
(Tuesday - Saturday) SUMMARY Office Supervisor will greet and engage all walk-ins, answer questions about Tamarack Resort and provide a general overview of Tamarack Resort's operations and real estate. This position will also be responsible for all retail sales and inventory of the McCall storefront. Inquiries about real estate will be handed off to Tamarack's real estate office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Operate as a sales representative, matching guests' needs to the correct product, including season passes, retail items and up sale resort recreational offerings. Ensure Tamarack Resort standards of service are always delivered. Provide excellent customer service to walk ins and office guest. Keep store front neat and orderly, restock merchandise and inform manager of products which are running low. Answer phones, transfer calls, check messages and manage emails. Enter guest registrations in CRM (A-360/Lasso). Schedule Tours. Scrub leads in CRM. Fully understand and be able to properly utilize all sales functions on the Tamarack Resort ticketing system. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned .
QUALIFICATIONS

High aptitude for Customer Service Proven problem-solving skills Ability to multitask High School Diploma Microsoft Office Skills Computer and Technology Skills Attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational skills Critical thinking and problem solving Preferred Skills Previous experience working in a professional office environment Idaho RE License Preferred but not required (this is not a real estate sales position) Knowledge in a Point-of-Sale system. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Prior work experience with a ski resort, seasonal business and/or the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
