The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of dental office management, ensuring that our team provides exceptional patient care while maintaining efficient office procedures. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, fiscal management, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards in healthcare. Responsibilities Manage the overall operations of the dental office, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Oversee fiscal management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation. Supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance their performance and professional development. Implement and maintain efficient office management systems, including EMR and EHR systems such as Dentrix Ascend. Ensure accurate medical records management while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Coordinate patient scheduling, billing processes, and insurance claims to optimize practice efficiency. Maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient experiences across services. Stay updated on medical terminology, managed care practices, and relevant healthcare policies. Experience Previous Dental Experience is Required!!!! Proven experience in medical office management or dental office experience is essential. Strong background in fiscal management, including budgeting and financial oversight. Experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Dentrix Ascend. Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, human resources practices, and compliance standards (e.g., JCAHO). Previous experience in acute care or critical care environments is a plus.
