Job Description
If you've ever run a front desk that actually ran like clockwork, or you've been the one person holding a schedule together while everyone else looked to you for the answer, we want to talk to you. The Practice Brush Pediatric Dentistry is one of the most respected pediatric practices in the Chicago area, with locations in Hinsdale and Downers Grove. We're led by Dr. Mira Albert, a National Spokesperson for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and Dr. Maggie Rizzo, who leads our Downers Grove team. The Job We're looking for a Pediatric Dental Business Team Manager for our Downers Grove office. This is someone with exceptional customer service instincts who wants to work somewhere kindness and appreciation aren't just talked about, they're the culture. You'll oversee the day-to-day of the front office, greet patients and families, answer phones, schedule appointments, verify dental insurance, walk families through financial and scheduling options, deliver treatment plans, keep patient records straight, and keep the whole business team running smoothly, all while coordinating closely with our clinical team. Good music, a bright fun office, and a team that genuinely takes care of each other, that's the vibe. What We Need From You Experience in a dental office is a must, pediatric dentistry is a big plus. Beyond that, a track record that shows real organization and administrative skill, along with the ability to multitask, take initiative, and project a warm, professional image every time a family walks through the door. Management or supervisory experience in a dental or medical office is a big plus, too. The Promise This role comes with a real path forward: room to grow within the business team. If you're looking for a place where your contributions are seen and valued, not just expected, we think you'll feel right at home here. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves.
