Job Description

The Center for Sleep Medicine is a progressive, AASM-accredited, 100% employee-owned company. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our growing team. The Practice Manager will oversee our Patient Services Representatives and front-office operations across multiple locations while helping ensure a smooth, patient-centered experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a healthcare setting, enjoys leading and developing teams, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to patients and providers. The Practice Manager will work closely with clinical and administrative leadership to support daily operations, improve workflow efficiency, and maintain a positive patient experience throughout the organization. This position plays a key role in driving performance, supporting staff development, implementing best practices, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.

Monday - Thursday | 8:00 AM - 6:00

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of assigned practice locations Lead, coach, and develop administrative staff Ensure exceptional patient service and professionalism across all locations Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development Monitor staffing, workflows, and office efficiency Develop and maintain effective administrative processes and procedures Identify opportunities to improve patient and provider experience Support day-to-day practice operations and address operational challenges Monitor office supplies, facility needs, and vendor services Assist with compliance initiatives and company policies Support performance tracking and reporting Rotate regularly between locations to support operations and staff Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives
Education & Experience:
3+ years of healthcare office management or supervisory experience Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel to all practice locations Experience in a medical or specialty physician practice preferred Experience optimizing clinic workflows preferred Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle operations This opportunity offers competitive compensation, a four-day work week, and a generous benefits package that includes sleep center

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
