Full-Time Schedule:

About the Role We're seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager who is ready to take ownership of a practice and lead with confidence. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys building strong teams, and takes pride in driving both patient experience and business success. You'll serve as the central leader of the office, supporting providers, coaching team members, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Operations & Scheduling Maintain a full, productive schedule for providers Oversee patient flow, recall systems, and appointment optimization Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients Financial Performance Drive monthly production and collection goals Manage office expenses and labor costs Maintain 95%+ over-the-counter collections Monitor A/R and production reports to proactively address gaps Team Leadership Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing team members Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability Lead daily huddles to ensure team alignment and success Identify and develop future leaders within the practice Patient Experience Set the standard for excellent patient care and service Address patient concerns professionally and efficiently Support local marketing and community outreach initiatives Compliance & Administration Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and dental regulations Manage vendor relationships, supplies, and equipment maintenance Maintain patient confidentiality and office standards Qualifications 2+ years of dental administrative experience 1+ year of team leadership or management experience Proficiency in Dentrix and/or Denticon Associate's degree required (Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience) Proven track record of achieving performance goals Preferred Experience Background as a dental assistant, receptionist, or hygienist Previous office management or lead coordinator experience Who You Are A confident, proactive leader who takes ownership Strong with both people and numbers Skilled at building and developing teams Comfortable holding others accountable and having difficult conversations Passionate about creating a positive, high-performing work environment Why Join Us?
