Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract To Hire Engage your expertise as a Pharmacy Technician in a rewarding role supporting long-term care and mail order pharmacy environments. This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity, initially scheduled for 13 weeks, with the potential for permanent placement.
Location:
Joliet, IL Schedule/Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process medication orders and maintain inventory within a long-term care and mail order pharmacy setting Utilize Frameworks software for order entry, with full training provided Collaborate effectively with pharmacy staff to ensure quality patient care Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid Illinois Pharmacy Technician license is mandatory Previous experience in long-term care or retail pharmacy settings Familiarity with Frameworks software is a plus but not required, as training will be provided This contract-to-hire position is ideal for candidates looking to expand their skills within a supportive environment, with a focus on professional growth and stable employment benefits.
