Job Description

Clinical Magnet , a division of ICON Medical Network, is looking for an Office Manager to join a DPO located in Brownsburg, IN! Dental Office Managing experience is required! Prefer minimum of 3 years. Why Choose This Opportunity Very profitable office Competitive salary with Bonus Structure Must be familiar with Open Dental 5 day work week Duties Oversee fiscal management tasks like budgeting, medical billing, financial reporting, and ensuring revenue cycle efficiency Supervise healthcare staff including dental assistants, hygienists, administrative personnel, and support staff to promote high performance and professional development Ensure compliance with health regulation policies such as
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, and OSHA requirements to uphold the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality Coordinate patient management processes by utilizing patient management software and EHR systems to maintain accurate medical records and facilitate smooth patient experiences Oversee human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and managing employee relations within the practice Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement process improvements to optimize clinic productivity and patient satisfaction Experience Proven experience in office management within a dental setting with a strong understanding of dental clinic operations Supervising teams in healthcare environments with demonstrated leadership in managing staff schedules, training programs, and conflict resolution Extensive knowledge of healthcare management practices including billing procedures, insurance processing (managed care), and compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and medical administrative support functions Prior experience in fiscal management including budgeting, financial planning, and managing accounts receivable/payable processes Strong managerial communication skills combined with excellent customer service abilities to foster positive relationships with patients and staff alike #LV100

$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
