JOB SUMMARY AND SPECIFICATIONS JOB SUMMARY

Coordinates the functions of the back office clinical staff with the physicians and front office staff for various Specialty Offices. Provides training on procedures as needed. Serves as a Clinical and Administrative Liaison with Specialty Practices leasing facility space and/or staff with Major Health Partners. Must facilitate high quality customer service to physicians, staff and all external customers. Will work with MHP Neurology, Endocrinology offices, and act as a clinical/administrative liaison with other Specialty Practices.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Professional & Technical Skills Strong organizational skills, office procedures, communication skills, and attention to detail is required. Must have analytical and problem solving skills. Education High School Diploma or equivalent. License(s) or Certification(s) Valid Indiana LPN License. Other Skills or Requirements Minimum one year supervisory experience required. 3-5 years experience in healthcare environment is helpful. Ability to function under stressful circumstances involving physicians, patients and staff. Must be able to communicate professionally. Must be able to maintain a high degree of accountability and be able to resolve systems or office function situations.
