•This leadership role will oversee all practice management functions and ensure doctor compliance with state regulatory requirements, HIPAA standards, and office policies. Key Responsibilities Daily patient scheduling, coordination, and communication Advance appointment reminder notifications to patients Ensuring proper billing, insurance, and collections Ensure compliance with HIPAA and state dental regulations Support and communicate with all staff members Be part of the operational efficiency and exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Dental office experience preferred Proficiency with Dentrix and comfort with AI-driven technology Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to think independently, problem-solve quickly, and work autonomously Knowledge of healthcare compliance and dental office operations We're seeking a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about innovation, efficiency, and outstanding patient care.

Pay:

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 28.0 - 40.0 per week
