The Opportunity Scout Aesthetics is seeking a results-driven, growth-oriented Practice Manager to lead operations, team performance, and strategic growth. This role is for a self-starting leader who takes ownership of outcomes, thrives on accountability, and is passionate about elevating both team culture and business performance. You will work directly with ownership to strengthen systems, drive measurable growth, and maintain an exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations and team leadership Monitor KPIs, revenue per provider, and conversion metrics Support budgeting, financial reporting, and cost-control initiatives Manage scheduling, staffing, and inventory to optimize efficiency and profitability Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management (with ownership approval) Implement operational systems and process improvements Support marketing initiatives, partnerships, and community engagement Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and patient care Education & Experience College coursework in business, healthcare administration, finance, or related field — or equivalent hands-on leadership experience Two or more years of management or operations leadership experience in a healthcare or service-based business strongly preferred Experience in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, or a performance-driven service environment preferred Comfortable reviewing performance metrics, financial reports, and operational data Strong Excel skills required (ability to build, analyze, and interpret performance reports and spreadsheets) Experience with POS, EMR, or practice management systems (Zenoti experience preferred) Base salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses.
