Duties Manage all aspects of dental office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows Billing, Coding, Insurance verification and eligibility with coinsurance information, submitting insurance claims and following, monitoring receivables Scheduling and managing recalls Utilize dental practice management software —-- Eaglesoft, for patient records, billing, and scheduling Maintain accurate medical records and electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) in compliance with privacy laws Coordinate with healthcare providers on acute care and managed care cases to optimize patient outcomes and clinic efficiency Experience Proven experience in dental office management; dental clinic experience preferred Eaglesoft experience strongly preferred; experience with EHR essential Experience in fee-for-service / out-of-network office strongly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare practice management including billing, coding, compliance, and regulation policies Excellent communication skills combined with customer service expertise to foster positive patient interactions This role is perfect for a warm, positive, driven, professional person who is passionate about delivering outstanding dental care while expertly managing the operational side of a practice.
