Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dental Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy dental clinic. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee clinical and administrative functions, ensuring exceptional patient care while maintaining efficient practice management. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, strong leadership skills, and extensive experience in medical office management, with a passion for fostering a positive environment for both staff and patients. Duties Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure smooth daily functioning Manage fiscal responsibilities such as budgeting, financial management, and billing processes using systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance on human resources practices, performance evaluations, and professional development Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, and OSHA requirements to maintain a safe and compliant environment Coordinate with dental professionals on patient treatment plans, medical records management, and electronic health record (EHR) systems like eClinicalWorks or Epic Oversee medical administrative support functions such as medical terminology accuracy, medical records handling, and utilization management Implement clinic policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality patient care standards Requirements Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare management with strong supervisory background Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix; experience with EMR/EHR systems like eClinicalWorks or Epic is highly desirable Knowledge of fiscal management principles including budgeting, financial reporting, and managed care processes Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records protocols, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively within a fast-paced clinical environment involving acute care or hospital experience preferred Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in office management and medical administrative support tasks Background in nursing or medical administrative roles within dental clinics or healthcare settings is advantageous Join our team as a Dental Practice Manager and lead our clinic toward operational excellence while delivering outstanding patient experiences!
