Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Lead Office Manager Boston, Massachusetts, United States A Boston-based investment firm, is seeking a Lead Office Manager to lead a dynamic team and oversee the day-to-day functioning of the firm's office environment. Successful applicants will be strategic thinkers and self-starters who can drive initiatives, build scalable processes, and contribute meaningfully across the firm. We are looking for someone with strong leadership instincts, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a high standard for quality and detail. Prior experience managing office operations is required, ideally within a professional services or financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of building and leading teams, owning programs end-to-end, and maintaining a high-quality office environment in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Office Management team, setting clear goals, providing coaching, and managing day-to-day priorities. Own the strategy and execution of office management programs and initiatives that support a productive, organized, and welcoming work environment. Oversee front-office hospitality operations, ensuring a consistently professional experience for clients, visitors, and employees. Support physical office operations, including lifting and transporting supplies and equipment. Work with HR to plan and manage the employee events and activities calendar, including morale-building initiatives, team recognition programs, and firm-wide gatherings. Develop, document, and refine office management processes and policies to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with firm standards. Oversee employee travel logistics for the firm. Manage the firm's food and beverage program across lunch, snacks, and related office needs. Partner cross-functionally with senior leadership to align office management with broader firm priorities. Manage vendor relationships and service contracts, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Base Salary:
$110k-$180k per year, depending on experience. Actual offer will reflect your specific skills, years of relevant experience, and fit for the role. It is unlikely that all new hires will start at the top of this range. About the
