Compensation/Benefits:

Salary with Productivity & Performance-Based Incentives Sign-on Bonus - $60,000 Retention Bonus - $20,000 X 4 years Comprehensive benefits package including: 4-5 weeks' vacation plus a week of CME and 6% match on retirement after 2 years Malpractice coverage of $2M / $6M Not-for-profit, underserved community site brings opportunities for loan forgiveness Continuing medical education (CME) allowance and paid time off
