This role is responsible for ensuring office processes run efficiently, guiding administrative team members, and helping maintain a positive experience for patients and staff alike. Candidates should have prior dental office management experience and be comfortable working with practice management software such as Eaglesoft, or similar systems. Core Responsibilities Oversee daily administrative functions to support smooth and efficient office operations. Provide leadership, training, and ongoing support to front-office personnel. Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, treatment coordination, billing activities, and insurance-related processes. Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines and all policies regarding patient confidentiality. Review operational and financial performance, assist with budget management, and identify areas for improvement. Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a focus on resolution. Work closely with providers and clinical team members to ensure administrative processes support patient care objectives. Develop and implement office procedures that improve organization, consistency, and productivity. Monitor workflow efficiency and recommend process enhancements when appropriate. Qualifications and Required Experience Previous experience in a leadership or management role within a dental practice. Familiarity with Eaglesoft, or other dental practice management software. Knowledge of dental insurance procedures, patient scheduling, billing functions, and records management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support team members. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements.
