8:00am-4:30pm About this role Job Summary Under the direction of the Vice President and Director of Practice Management of Emerson Practice Associates (EPA), the Primary Care Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of EPA's primary care outpatient clinics. Working closely with the Vice President, Director, and other Practice Managers, this multi-location leadership role is responsible for ensuring that the primary care practices function as high performing, integrated physician practices with an emphasis of consistent and sustained performance improvement. Minimum Qualifications Education Associate's degree from an accredited graduate program in either Health Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Public Health, or related field is preferred. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Experience Two to five years of work experience, with management and staff responsibility, in a medical office or related business environment preferred. Licensure and/or Certification None Skills In-depth understanding of physician practice management

Clear track record of developing and integrating new systems in a team-orientated environment

Creative problem-solving skills to address ad hoc issues

Strong analytical skills to draft and interpret complex financial data

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Leadership, independence, and initiative

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse constituencies on obtaining and achieving common goals
