The Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL), one of New England s leading animal welfare organizations, is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor to join our Community Medicine team. This position is based out of our Dedham location with regular work on our mobile clinics.

The Community Medicine team provides medical and surgical care to animals and their families in the communities they live in via our mobile wellness and spay/neuter clinics the Wellness Waggin' and Spay Waggin' .

Be involved in all aspects of patient care, including in wellness check-ups, diagnostic procedures, and HVHQSN surgery; Lead with a close-knit team of Veterinary Technicians and Technician Assistants, and collaborate with the department's Veterinarians; Provide excellent customer service to clients utilizing our mobile programs; Be encouraged to share your thoughts to improve how we deliver our best care and service; Help us improve our services and continue to learn and grow as a team of caring animal welfare professionals who work hard to exceed the expectations of our clients, provide exceptional care to our animals, and build a supportive and fun working environment!
