Full-Time Compensation:
$27.00-$33.00 per hour , based on experience We are seeking an experienced, organized, and patient-focused Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our growing dental practice in Fall River, MA.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental office Manage patient scheduling and front desk workflow Coordinate insurance verification, claims, and billing Monitor accounts receivable and collections Support and supervise front office staff Ensure an exceptional patient experience Maintain office efficiency and compliance Work closely with the doctor to achieve practice goals Utilize AsproDental practice management software
Qualifications:
Previous dental office management experience required Proficiency with dental insurance, treatment planning, billing, and collections Experience using AsproDental practice management software is preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
