- $70,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Paid sick time Qualifications Healthcare practice operations management Full Job Description Flagship Dental Group in Longmeadow, MA is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our patient-focused dental practice.
Schedule:
Monday- Wednesday 7:45 am
- 5 pm, Thursday 7:45 am
- 6 pm, and Friday 7:45 am
- 4 pm Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental office to ensure an organized, efficient, and patient-centered environment Lead and support front office and administrative team members while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture Manage and optimize the provider schedule to support productivity, efficient patient flow, and a positive patient experience Responsible for insurance verification, billing processes, and patient financial communication to ensure accuracy and clarity Run and review key practice reports to monitor scheduling efficiency, production, collections, and overall office performance Review and confirm employee timecards, hours worked, and PTO to ensure accurate payroll submission Support treatment plan presentation and case acceptance through effective patient communication, financial coordination, and scheduling follow-through Collaborate closely with providers and leadership to support practice goals, patient satisfaction, and overall office performance Participate in weekly and monthly meetings to collaborate with leadership and stay aligned on KPI's Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Full-time Benefits We recognize that taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our patients.
