Our client, a specialized healthcare organization, is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the operations, growth, and performance of a busy outpatient specialty practice. This role will lead office operations, staff management, provider scheduling, patient experience initiatives, and business growth efforts. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of healthcare operations experience along with proven staff leadership and a track record of driving measurable operational improvements.

Preferred Responsibilities include overseeing daily practice operations and workflow efficiency; managing provider schedules, staffing coverage, and resource allocation to maximize capacity; leading recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management for administrative and clinical staff; ensuring excellence in patient access, registration, billing, and revenue cycle processes; monitoring operational metrics, referral trends, and business performance to support growth initiatives; maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards; and serving as a liaison with external partners, vendors, and affiliated healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in a medical office or outpatient healthcare environment; 3+ years of staff management and operational leadership experience; strong knowledge of revenue cycle functions, insurance regulations, and healthcare operations; experience hiring, developing, and managing employee performance; ability to analyze KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement process improvements; proficiency with healthcare technology platforms and electronic health record systems; and the confidence, adaptability, and professionalism to effectively collaborate with physicians, staff, and external stakeholders.
