Your Mission As our Dental Office Manager , you'll be the heartbeat of the office. You'll work closely with our doctors and leadership team to make sure the practice delivers an exceptional experience — for patients and employees . Your goal isn't simply to keep the schedule full. Your goal is to build a high-performing dental team and a thriving practice. What You'll Own Team Leadership Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the office team Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable Build a positive, respectful, high-energy culture Conduct team huddles and regular performance meetings Help recruit and onboard exceptional team members Recognize great performance and address issues quickly and professionally Schedule & Production Keep the doctor and hygiene schedules productive Identify opportunities to fill cancellations and openings Monitor unscheduled treatment and overdue patients Help maximize new-patient conversion Track daily and monthly production goals Work with the team to improve case acceptance and patient retention Patient Experience Make every patient feel welcomed and valued Handle patient concerns professionally and quickly Turn difficult situations into positive experiences Monitor reviews and patient feedback Help create an office patients are excited to recommend to their friends and family If you see a process that wastes time, we want you to say: "There's got to be a better way."
