This role is designed for a skilled veterinary hospital leader with strong operational and people-management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The Veterinary Technician Manager collaborates with hospital leadership and ER/ICU doctors to promote efficient patient flow, strong team performance, and the consistent delivery of exceptional medical and client service. This position plays a key role in staff development, workflow optimization, and maintaining high standards of patient care across the technical team. Due to the size of the department and associate team, this position is part of a two-manager leadership model. Both managers hold equal leadership responsibility and work closely together to provide consistent support, communication, and oversight across the department. Each manager will directly support approximately 25-30 associates and have clearly defined areas of focus, with shared accountability for the department's overall success.
