Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Veterinary Client Service Representative Supervisor to lead our front desk team and enhance client experiences at our veterinary clinic. This role combines leadership, exceptional customer service, and veterinary administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The supervisor will oversee client communication, appointment scheduling, medical record management, and team coordination while maintaining a welcoming environment for pet owners and their animals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in animal care while developing leadership skills in a fast-paced veterinary setting. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor front desk staff, ensuring high-quality client service and efficient clinic operations Oversee appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out processes, and medical record updates using veterinary software systems Communicate effectively with clients regarding pet health concerns, treatment plans, and clinic policies Manage veterinary administrative tasks such as billing and medical collections Support veterinary staff Coordinate with veterinary team members on scheduling and client questions Requirements Experience in veterinary clinics or animal hospitals with familiarity in veterinary terminology and clinical workflows a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients of diverse backgrounds Knowledge of veterinary software applications a plus Experience with Microsoft Office/Google tools for administrative tasks Familiarity with medical collection procedures, laboratory processes Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment This role is ideal for a motivated leader passionate about animal health care who thrives on delivering outstanding client experiences.
