This vital role combines expertise in medical billing processes with strong office management skills to ensure smooth daily operations. You will be responsible for managing the entire billing cycle, verifying insurance claims, and maintaining accurate patient records, all while overseeing administrative functions that keep our practice running efficiently. Your energetic approach and proactive mindset will contribute to providing exceptional patient service and operational excellence. Duties Process and submit insurance claims accurately and promptly, ensuring timely reimbursement for services rendered Verify patient insurance coverage, benefits, and authorizations prior to appointments or procedures Follow up on unpaid or denied claims, resolving discrepancies and resubmitting as needed Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records, including billing information, appointment histories, and correspondence Develop and implement successful Marketing plan. Oversee supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative tasks to support daily practice functions. Skills Ability to manage multiple projects at once is a must. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills for interacting professionally with patients, insurance companies, and team members. Knowledge of SNF healthcare regulations to ensure compliance. Leadership qualities with the capability to manage office operations smoothly while fostering a positive work environment. Proficiency in medical billing software and multiple electronic health records (EHR). Proven experience in medical billing, coding, and insurance claim processing with a strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement procedures. Ability to troubleshoot billing issues effectively and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
