  • Rockville, Maryland We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager
  • Radiation Oncology to oversee daily operations and administrative functions of an oncology practice in Rockville, Maryland.
This role is responsible for managing operational activities, supervising staff, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The Practice Manager works closely with physicians and leadership to maintain efficient operations, support practice growth, and ensure high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain practice policies, procedures, and operational objectives while ensuring proper execution and compliance. Analyze business conditions and operational issues and provide recommendations to leadership. Oversee the development and maintenance of systems (manual and automated) that support practice-wide operations, including coordination of hardware and software needs. Promote effective communication and ensure appropriate information flow across the practice. Oversee preparation and maintenance of management reports and prepare periodic reports as required. Ensure practice compliance with accreditation body standards and regulatory requirements. Assist in the development and coordination of new office locations and operational needs when necessary. Supervise administrative and support staff across the practice (clinical direction provided by physicians). Support and adhere to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required. Minimum 7 years of healthcare management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience managing operational systems and reporting within a healthcare setting. Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements within healthcare practices.
Salary range:
$76,000.00
  • $117,000.
