Corea Lobster Co-Operative is seeking a full-time manager to oversee daily operations. The manager will supervise the team and take an active role in the work on the dock and in the office.

Resposibilities:

Purchase and market lobster and crab; purchase herring and other baits. Hire and supervise dockworkers; help load and unload trucks. Maintain buildings and equipment, and order inventory. Keep daily records of live product, fuel, and bait purchases and sold. Present monthly reports to the Board of Director's and assist with other Co-Op operations.

Qualifications:

Two years of relevant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Applicants should be dependable, organized, and willing to take an active role in the Co-Op's daily work.

Compensation:

Starting Salary:
