Job Description

The Practice Manager is responsible for coordinating & supervising the day‐to‐day business & clinical operations, oversight of local marketing efforts of primary care practice, ensure adequate training of practice staff, and champion the embodiment of value based care workflows and outcomes. Ensures regulatory compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and other governing agencies Enforces clinical and quality standards of Sasseville Chiropractic Ensures, monitors, and tracks that key performance targets are met, including but not limited to: metrics, wait times, care team integrity/care promoter engagement and turnover Embraces and champions with the Mission of our office, our value based care philosophy and model
Responsibilities:
  • Highly developed business and clinical acumen and acuity
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Wellness Center
  • Manage and supervise staff members, including chiropractors, CA/MA assistant, and administrative staff (preferred HR background)
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective practice operations
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate scheduling of appointments and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with chiropractors to develop treatment plans and provide high-quality patient care
  • Utilize electronic medical record systems of documentation and record keeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, database, and presentation software
  • Implement utilization management strategies to optimize resource allocation
  • Work closely with our Medical billing department consult to ensure proper billing and reimbursement
  • Able to handle daily financial activities.
Overseeing, recording and facilitating all incoming and outgoing payments associated with the business' account
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a hospital, health care practice or private practice setting is required
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to critical care is preferred
  • Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record systems
  • Familiarity with utilization management principles and practices
