We are a leading veterinarian clinic dedicated exclusively to the care and well-being of our feline companions. We utilize modern equipment including digital radiography, ultrasound, and digital records. As a non-corporate, nonemergency practice, we are pleased to offer a flexible schedule with no on-call shifts or after-hours rotations. Ann Arbor Cat Clinic is an AAHA Cat Friendly certified practice, we strive to create a stress-free and comfortable environment for our patients.

Ann Arbor is a college town, best known for its lively culture and diverse activities. There is an abundance of great food, entertainment , and artistic events. If you like to travel, Ann Arbor is less than 50 miles from Detroit, Toledo, and Detroit Metro Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
The Practice Manager will be responsible for the following: Maintain a professional and safe environment in the practice and refrain from negative talk, gestures, or implied attitudes that reflect on the hospital. Ensure proper staffing across all positions, including posting job advertisements and conducting interviews. Has good knowledge of the employee handbook, support staff job descriptions, vision, mission, and values. Acts as main contact for support staff with questions regarding policy. Keeps employee files up to date and secure. Report payroll bi-weekly on employee time sheet. Create and maintain a monthly support staff schedule according to clinic needs. Keeps track of employee time off and schedule changes in the absence schedule chart. Resolve informal employee complaints and assist with conflict resolution. Assume responsibility for and create positive solutions for mistakes made by support staff. Facilitate monthly staff meetings utilizing collective information gathered from doctors, team members, and ownership. Maintains advanced knowledge of computer systems with the ability to train other staff members, troubleshoot problems.
