Henry Ford Family Medicine - Seville 15400 19 Mile Rd Ste 145 Clinton Township, MI 48038 Role Overview As a Medical Office Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical offices, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care. You¿ll lead and mentor office staff, implement quality assurance initiatives, and support strategic goals. Your role is critical in enhancing patient experiences and maintaining operational excellence within our healthcare environment. What You Will Do Supervise and mentor office staff, ensuring they provide exceptional patient care and service. Oversee staff orientation and training to maintain a skilled and motivated team. Implement and monitor quality assurance initiatives to sustain continuous improvement. Operationalize strategic initiatives to support the Medical Group¿s goals. Qualifications Required Qualifications Associate's Degree or a minimum of 60 credit hours from an accredited institution Five to seven years of progressively responsible work experience in a physician's office, demonstrating leadership abilities to coordinate activities and staff within a medical office environment Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to instruct and interact effectively with diverse individuals Working knowledge of computer systems, software programs, and office equipment Working knowledge of current healthcare trends and government regulations Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and practice information Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail Ability to perform frequent periods of standing, walking, and sitting throughout the workday Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a healthcare setting Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare management software Additional Information Ideal candidate MUST have EPIC experience and have Medical Assistant Certification. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
