What You ll Do As our Client Ambassador Strategist , you ll use your hospitality and service expertise to lead, develop, and elevate front-desk teams (Client Ambassadors) across our clinics. You ll ensure each location offers a consistently welcoming, inclusive, and professional experience that makes clients feel seen, supported, and cared for-just like they would at a great hotel or resort.
You ll be responsible for:
Designing and delivering engaging onboarding and training programs for Client Ambassadors Conducting on-site visits to coach and empower front-desk teams Collaborating with clinic leaders to foster service-focused team culture Improving systems and workflows that impact the client journey Acting as a communication bridge between the front desk and our home office Leading service initiatives focused on communication, empathy, and hospitality excellence Using platforms like Basecamp to stay organized and connected across clinics Who You Are You re a hospitality leader who believes service is an experience-not a transaction. You re energized by people, passionate about coaching others, and driven to bring warmth, clarity, and professionalism to every interaction. We re looking for someone with: A background in hotels, resorts, or hospitality leadership (strongly preferred) Experience training or supervising guest service/front-desk teams A natural ability to lead with empathy, confidence, and presence Strong organizational and communication skills A collaborative mindset and love for team culture Curiosity about veterinary medicine (no clinical experience required-we ll teach you!)
