Case Manager / Lead Treatment Coordinator Cambridge Dental Group•Dearborn Heights, MI $50,000•65,000 annually + Uncapped Commission | Full-Time Are you passionate about helping patients move forward with the dental care they need? Do you excel at building relationships, presenting treatment plans, and helping patients say "yes" to healthier smiles? Cambridge Dental Group is looking for an experienced Case Manager / Lead Treatment Coordinator to join our thriving, patient-focused practice. Connected to a busy multi-specialty dental office, our team offers patients comprehensive care under one roof while providing endless opportunities for professional growth. What You'll Do Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and compassion. Educate patients on recommended treatment and financial options (knowledge of care credit, sunbit and cherry preferred). Build trust and increase treatment acceptance through exceptional communication. Coordinate care between our general practice and on-site specialists. Work closely with doctors and the clinical team to ensure an outstanding patient experience. Help patients achieve their oral health goals while contributing to the success of the practice. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental office experience required. Proven success presenting treatment plans and increasing treatment acceptance. Strong understanding of dental procedures and insurance. Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Positive attitude with a patient-first mindset. Experience with Open Dental is a plus.

Requirements:
Education and Training 3+ years of dental business office experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Management or supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of dental terminology. Knowledge of dental office procedures. Knowledge of accounting and administrative principles and procedures. Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred. Knowledge of MS Office.
FLSA Status:
Salary, Exempt Reports to: Director of Sales
