Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Dental Office Manager to become an important part of our team leading the daily operations of our privately owned dental practice. You will work closely with the 2 female doctors and team to ensure the practice runs efficiently, patients receive an outstanding experience, and our team continues to grow and succeed. Responsibilities Supervise daily office activities, including patient scheduling, billing, and record management, ensuring seamless workflow. Manage human resources functions including hiring, training, and staff development for dental team Ensure compliance with health regulation policies such as HIPAA, and OSHA requirements to uphold the highest safety and privacy standards. Utilize dental software Eaglesoft, Deltal Dental Toolkit, Vyne Dental Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient care delivery while managing clinic schedules efficiently Requirements Proven experience in dental office management Proficiency in Eaglesoft Knowledge of health regulation policies including HIPAA compliance Strong understanding of dental insurance and claims processing Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with customer service expertise to foster positive staff and patient relationships.
