Key Responsibilities Operations Management:

Oversee daily practice operations, including patient flow, site policies, services, and staff development.

Leadership & Liaison:

Act as the primary liaison between practice physicians, office staff, and external clinical or administrative departments.

Strategic Growth & Finance:

Partner with physician leadership to develop growth strategies and business plans; support financial, budget, and business goals.

Staffing & HR:

Manage recruitment, scheduling, payroll, performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict resolution.

Financial & Billing Oversight:

Monitor billing and collection functions, oversee practice budgets, and support physician compensation system implementations as needed.

Compliance & Quality Care:

Assess patient care quality, coordinate services across care teams, and monitor regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.

Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience:

High School Diploma / GED with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience, OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience. Strong background in healthcare operations, practice management, or clinical administration. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
