Google review As Practice Manager, you'll help shape a positive workplace culture while overseeing daily operations, staff development, scheduling, human resources, compliance, and financial performance. Working closely with our medical leadership team, you'll play a key role in supporting operational excellence, developing a high-performing team, and guiding the continued growth of our feline-exclusive practice. Google review Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) certification preferred, or interest in obtaining Five (5) years of customer service experience, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory role Prior experience in a veterinary or animal care setting preferred, but willing to train Fear Free handling skills and/or certification preferred Working knowledge of DEA and OSHA regulations, and ability to maintain accurate protocols Proficiency with Cornerstone PIMS and Microsoft Suite preferred Experience with IDEXX, Antech, and Heska laboratories Highly adaptable, quick learner, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment Exceptional organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills Ability to de-escalate stressful situations with empathy and professionalism Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality client service and education Proven ability to lead, coach, and support team while fostering a positive, collaborative clinic culture Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (e.g., food bags, records, equipment) Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, with occasional bending, stooping, and reaching Comfort working in a clinical environment with exposure to noise, odors, animal waste, potential bites or scratches, and infectious diseases "This is by far the most caring and loving veterinarian office that I have ever had the pleasure of taking my cat!"
