Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Assistant Office Manager with the opportunity to lead to Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical office. The Assistant Office Manager will play an important leadership role in ensuring the office runs efficiently while creating a professional, welcoming, and positive experience for both patients and staff. The ideal candidate is a dependable self-starter who can confidently manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with providers, employees, and patients, and keep the office organized and running smoothly. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Duties
  • Overseeing daily office operations
  • Managing schedules and coordinating appointments
  • Supervising and supporting office staff
  • Handling phones, emails, and patient/customer communication
  • Managing office supplies and inventory
  • Assisting with billing, payments, and administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Helping create a positive, organized, and welcoming office environment Requirements
  • Previous office management or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Reliable and able to multitask
  • Professional and friendly
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Healthcare/medical office experience is a plus
