What You'll Be Responsible For Oversee daily front and back office operations Lead, coach, and support the team to achieve practice goals Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients Manage accounts receivable and insurance claims Monitor schedules to maximize efficiency and production Ensure OSHA and office compliance standards are maintained Lead team meetings, daily huddles, and staff development Track unscheduled treatment and help improve patient retention Identify opportunities to improve workflows and office performance What We're Looking For 2 - 3+ years of dental office experience (management experience preferred) Experience with Open Dental is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Comfortable managing both people and daily operations Goal-oriented with the ability to solve problems and make decisions confidently Business or healthcare management education is preferred but not required Available to work Monday-Friday Why Join Our Team?
