In this role, you will serve as the vital link between patients, insurance providers, and our clinical team, ensuring seamless coordination of treatment plans and insurance processes. Your proactive approach will help maximize patient benefits, streamline billing procedures, and enhance overall patient satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your dental billing expertise and dental claims management skills in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Responsibilities Manage patient treatment plans by coordinating scheduling, documentation, and follow-up to ensure timely care delivery. Verify insurance coverage to all private and state dental insurances Submit and track insurance claims using billing software VYNE and
EAGLESOFT
while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Communicate effectively with insurance companies to resolve claim denials or discrepancies related to dental coding issues. Assist patients with understanding their dentalinsurance benefits, coverage limitations, and out-of-pocket costs through excellent customer service. Maintain accurate dental records, including dental terminology documentation, treatment notes, and billing information in electronic portal systems. Stay updated on dental claims management policies and changes in dental billing standards to ensure compliance and optimize reimbursement. Qualifications Proven experience in dental office settings with a focus on dental treatment coordination or dental billing. Strong knowledge of dentalclaims management processes, including proficiency with EAGLESOFT and WEAVE Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, billing software VYNE system, and other dental portal IT tools. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex insurance information clearly to patients. Understanding of dental insurance policies, dental records management, and dental coding practices essential for accurate billing. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
