Position Details 1 st Shift Full-Time $21.50/hour Key Responsibilities - Primary focus: Employee Training & Development Train new and existing janitorial employees on cleaning procedures, equipment, safety, and company expectations. Provide coaching, follow-up, and support to help employees succeed. Assist with recruiting, candidate screening, interviews and job fairs Step in as recruiting/hiring support during periods of increased hiring needs. Partner with Operations to identify training and staffing needs. Travel between locations as needed for training, recruiting, and employee support. What We're Looking For Janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facilities experience preferred. Training, coaching, supervisory, recruiting, or hiring experience is a plus. Strong communication and people skills. Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently. Professional and approachable with the ability to motivate others. Bilingual candidates preferred; however, bilingual skills are not a disqualifying factor.
