Negotiable About the Position We are seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader who enjoys working with people, understands the business side of dentistry, and is committed to providing an exceptional patient experience. The Office Manager will work closely with the dentist and team to ensure the practice operates efficiently, professionally, and profitably while maintaining a welcoming environment for patients and staff. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental office Lead, train, motivate, and support the dental team Manage front-office operations, scheduling, and patient flow Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate office coverage Monitor accounts receivable, insurance claims, collections, and outstanding balances Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment financing and payment arrangements Oversee billing and insurance processes Monitor office production, collections, and other key practice-performance metrics Maintain efficient scheduling and maximize provider productivity Handle patient concerns professionally and work toward positive resolutions Maintain strong patient relationships and promote patient retention Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and applicable regulations Manage office supplies, vendors, and inventory Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment Work collaboratively with the dentist and clinical team to improve overall practice performance Qualifications Previous experience managing a dental office or working in a dental administrative leadership role Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, collections, and treatment coordination Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Demonstrated leadership and team-management skills Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with dental practice management software and standard office technology Strong attention to detail and financial accountability Dental office management experience is strongly preferred.
