About Generational Wealth:
Generational Wealth is a growing advisory firm that offers financial planning and asset management for our clients. This is a fast-paced firm that thrives on constant change. Position Overview:
The Office Manager at Generational Wealth is responsible for keeping the office organized, efficient, and welcoming. This role oversees day-to-day administrative operations, supports staff and leadership, coordinates vendors and supplies, maintains records, and helps ensure the workplace runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable serving as a central point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized, professional, and efficient work environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related questions, vendors, visitors, and general administrative needs.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, conference rooms, and office events as needed.
  • Support onboarding activities by preparing workspaces, supplies, access needs, and orientation materials for new employees.
  • Maintain office files, records, forms, policies, and documentation in an accurate and confidential manner.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping or administrative finance tasks, such as invoice processing, expense tracking, deposits, or budget monitoring.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, service requests, cleaning schedules, repairs, and safety procedures.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, forms, and other business documents.
  • Support leadership and staff with administrative projects, process improvements, and day-to-day problem solving.
  • Help maintain a positive office culture through clear communication, hospitality, and dependable support.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support business operations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in office administration, office management, executive support, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, or similar business software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
  • Friendly, dependable, and professional approach when working with staff, customers, vendors, and visitors.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience supporting human resources, onboarding, payroll coordination, or employee records.
  • Experience working with bookkeeping, invoicing, budgeting, or accounting software.
  • Vendor management, purchasing, facilities coordination, or event planning experience.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and implement practical office procedures.
  • Comfort learning new technology platforms and business systems.
