Front Office Lead 66th Street Dental is a stunning private practice in the heart of Edina. It has been recently acquired by a highly respected dentist, Dr. Carl Schneider. Dr. Schneider has over 22 years of experience in the Edina community. The practice is entering a new chapter of growth, and we are looking for a front office leader who thrives in building systems, shaping culture, and taking ownership. If you are a self‑starter who loves creating smooth, efficient workflows and you enjoy having a mentor who supports your ideas, this is a rare opportunity to help design the front‑office experience from the very start. Desired qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a dental setting Ability to navigate and utilize Eaglesoft or experience with similar dental software Ability to navigate and utilize Microsoft Word and Outlook programs for daily use Proven ability to manage a multi-provider schedule and maintain productivity Strong understanding of insurance, billing, and collections processes Desired characteristics: superb time management, high attention to detail, self-starter, ability to multi-task, work independently while also working cohesively within a team, ability to navigate financial conversations with patients and more
Key Responsibilities:
Front office tasks include but are not limited to greeting/checking out patients, treatment plan presentations, collecting patient portions, scheduling, optimization of dental benefits, applying payments, bank deposits, manage patient communication software, referral management, weekly reporting, recare/unscheduled treatment management and more. Software/3rd party vendor utilization: Eaglesoft PM software Modento patient communication system Dental Claims Support (DCS) for insurance claim management Areas of practice:
General Dentistry:
aesthetic composite fillings, bridges, crowns
Cosmetic Dentistry:
veneers, full mouth rehabilitation, anterior smile design
Prosthodontics:
fixed, all on x cases
Endodontics:
premolar/molar
Oral Surgery:
implant placement and restoration, extractions, bone grafting
Hours:
Monday
  • Thursday 7:30 am
  • 5:00 pm
