The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during assigned shifts and ensuring exceptional guest service. This role provides day-to-day leadership to Front Desk Agents and other front office team members, supports training efforts, assists with guest issue resolution, and ensures adherence to established policies and procedures. The Front Office Supervisor works closely with the Assistant Front Office Managers and Front Office Manager to maintain efficient operations and a positive guest experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supervise front desk operations during assigned shifts. Provide guidance and support to Front Desk Agents. Ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out processes. Resolve routine guest concerns and escalate issues as needed. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards. Assist with training and onboarding new team members. Coordinate with other departments to support guest needs. Complete shift reports and communicate operational updates to management. Flexible availability is required, including weekends and holidays
