Responsible for administrative support and leadership for the clinical and clerical services of the practice. This position partners with the clinic Dentist(s) and the Director of Operations. Responsibilities include overall leadership and accountability for efficient and effective patient flow within the practice, patient satisfaction, and financial results. Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for team management. Coordinate Doctor & team schedule to ensure appropriate coverage. Reinforce all company protocols and procedures with staff to ensure compliance. Ensure OSHA, radiation, and HIPAA privacy and compliance. Ensure team provides the highest level of patient care and service. Responsible for practice revenue goals and as well as managing expenses. Accurate and timely bank deposits Manage accounts receivable: insurance claims, OTC collections at time of service. Resolve patient concerns timely, efficiently and with respect. Ensure phone calls, messages and emails are answered in a timely manner. Ensure insurance claims are processed accurately and timely. Prepare financial estimates and necessary waivers for patients. Qualifications 3+ years leadership experience (in a professional office, hospitality, retail, banking, medical, etc.) Minimum 3 years of experience managing people. 3+ years of experience in a dental office. Working knowledge of dental terminology, equipment, and practices. Well-organized and reliable. Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment. Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies. Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentially and team ethics.
