Responsible for the daily operations of the Activities Office, including answering phones, taking messages, and assisting students, coaches and parents. Coordinate registration for over 50 sports and activities using the online registration program, and provide reports for the Business Services Office and coaches Manage various web-based programs: the Minnesota State High School League website, Big 9, Sports Ngin, Qmlativ and Affinety data bases. Coordinate department and team/activities websites, online medical information as mandated by the Minnesota State High School League. Compile and maintain accurate records on physicals, eligibility forms, credits, behavior and chemical standards on over 700 students 7th- 12th grade.
