Cornerstone Caregiving is a non-medical, in-home care company primarily serving seniors. With over 450 offices in just 6 years, we aim to provide the highest quality of care for our clients across 42 different states (and counting). You will report to our local Operating Director and assist in the growth and management of the office.

Rochester, MN Job Description :
The Office Manager is responsible for completing administrative and operational tasks that keep the office functioning and growing. Daily tasks may vary based on the office's needs and the Operating Director's expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor schedules and ensure caregivers are at their assigned shifts Assisting with recruitment efforts of caregivers Provide coaching and discipline to caregivers and office staff as needed Ensure all pay rates, times, and bonuses are correct for payroll Assist with updating and managing AxisCare profiles Perform client intake assessments as needed Keep office stocked with supplies Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services for office Manage corporate credit card and submit expense reports Coordinate caregiver appreciation efforts Participate in on-call rotation
Preferred & Required Skills :
